As Lead Operation Specialist will provide a vital service by implementing, monitoring, and evaluating chemical delivery systems. You will work and adapt to our ever-changing job requirements daily to satisfy our customer requirements. You will support our operation and coordinating internally from office and field sites.

As a Lead Operation Specialist - Upstream Chemical, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing all aspects of production chemistry supply and service contracts to ensure successful delivery to our customers

• Providing on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, commercial and operational queries

• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing of chemical treatment programs to provide support to the production operations group

• Preparing of technical reviews and proposals of new chemical solutions to share with our customers

• Organizing routine production chemical reviews and selection activities to verify changing customer needs

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Science or related fields

• Have at least 5 years of experience in Upstream Production Chemicals Application & Operations

• Have knowledge in process optimization and production chemistry.

• Has onshore / offshore operation experience.

• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions

• Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office

• Have client and team management experience
