Job description For Human resources assistant

JOB SCOPE:

Sebagai fungsi Kerani Sumber Manusia yang merangkumi tugasan berikut :

• Mengeluarkan serta memproses surat, memo, email atau dokumen perjanjian berkaitan dengan Sumber Manusia.
• Membantu Eksekutif dalam pengiraan gaji, cuti, tuntutan, dan lain-lain setiap bulan.
• Membuka, memproses, melabel, melengkapkan dan mengemaskini file pekerja dan file-file lain dalam Sumber Manusia.
• Mengumpul dan memproses penilaian prestasi kakitangan ketika pengesahan jawatan atau kenaikan jawatan.
• Menyediakan bahan dan keperluan dalam Jabatan Sumber Manusia merangkumi keperluan latihan, induksi, temuduga, jamuan atau aktiviti kebajikan staff.
• Membuat panggilan dan temujanji bagi sesi interview serta mengikut proses SOP yang disedikan.
• Membantu memastikan prosedur dan SOP sumber manusia diikuti oleh semua.
• Melaksanakan tugasan ad hoc berkaitan dengan skop Sumber Manusia.
• Membantu memantau kehadiran pekerja dan membuat report setiap hari.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
