Jawatan Kosong Area Manager in Miri

1. Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of at least 2-3 Food and Beverage outlets

2. Maintain high-quality products by ensuring compliance with all operations procedures.

3. Enforce & support all training & development plans for all staff under your supervision as per the company’s policy.

4. Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

5. Ensure that all reporting & control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, Hygiene & Cleanliness standards, Maintenance & general administration are completed & in place according to company’s policy & chain operation manual.

6. Plan, set the sales budget and target.

7. Control and manage the profit.

8. Motivate and supervise the operations team.

9. Handling complaints from customers.

10. High-frequency store visit schedule to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of the foodservice offer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
