TUGAS KERJA

• Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dan berikan maklumat perkhidmatan / produk.
• Mempamerkan ciri dan faedah produk / perkhidmatan.
• Mengendalikan pertanyaan pelanggan dan menyelesaikan isu dengan segera.
• Membantu dalam pendaftaran pelanggan untuk perkhidmatan / produk.
• Kumpul maklum balas pelanggan dan laporan tentang produk / perkhidmatan.
• Mengekalkan imej positif dan profesional syarikat.
• Menyediakan perkhidmatan dan sokongan pelanggan yang cemerlang.
• Memastikan pematuhan dengan polisi dan prosedur syarikat.
• Kekal dikemas kini tentang pengetahuan produk dan trend industri.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM/Diploma/Ijazah dalam apa-apa bidang.
• Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.
• Mampu berurusan dengan pelanggan secara bersemuka.
• Pengalaman tidak diperlukan, latihan akan diberikan.
• Mampu bekerja secara rotational shift.
• Boleh mula bekerja dengan segera.
