Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers or principals
• Verify warranty eligibility, coverage terms, and claim requirements
• Ensure all warranty claims comply with manufacturer policies and procedures
• Collect and maintain complete documentation (job cards, invoices, photos, reports)
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to obtain accurate repair information
• Track warranty claim status and follow up on approvals, rejections, or adjustments
• Handle warranty claim rejections and resubmissions where required
• Maintain proper records of warranty claims and related reports
• Assist in warranty audits and ensure documentation readiness
• Communicate with manufacturers or suppliers regarding warranty matters
• Support internal departments on warranty-related inquiries

Additional Duties

• Update warranty records in the system accurately
• Prepare monthly warranty reports and summaries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive manufacturer standards
• Assist in improving warranty claim processes and turnaround time

Requirements & Skills

• Diploma or Certificate in Automotive, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in warranty administration or automotive service environment is an advantage
• Familiar with automotive warranty policies and repair processes
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, dealership systems)
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
