Jawatan Kosong Assistant Architect Building in Kota Bharu

Melukis pelan bangunan kediaman dan komersil baru yang lengkap dalam bentuk 2D (Autocad) dan 3D untuk tujuan pemasaran dan posting

Membantu Arkitek dalam menyediakan lukisan terperinci yang menunjukkan rupa dan struktur dalaman projek bangunan

Membantu membangunkan dan memberi pembentangan untuk memaklumkan orang ramai tentang projek yang akan datang

Membantu arkitek melawat tapak kerja bangunan untuk memastikan kerja dilakukan mengikut rancangan seni bina

Membantu arkitek bertemu dengan pelanggan untuk membincangkan keperluan reka bentuk untuk pembinaan baharu, pengubahsuaian atau pembaikan.

Membantu arkitek mendapatkan kelulusan PBT untuk pelan bangunan mengikutsyarat-syarat tertentu.

- Menyediakan dokumen-dokumen berkaitan pelan

- Membuat submission pelan ke majlis

Membantu menyediakan pelanggan dengan cadangan reka bentuk yang sesuai berdasarkan faktor seperti bajet, tapak bangunan dan trend terkini.

Melibatkan diri dalam aktiviti Syarikat

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Architecture (Minimum CGPA: 3.2 and above);
• A Creative Individual and Quick Learner;
• A Team Player with good articulation
• Able to think strategically and assist in design/documentation;
• Skills in Design Flair
• Good knowledge of Design Development, Detailing and Construction practices;
• Able to co-ordinate and direct other consultants in all phases of architectural services;
• Required skills: AutoCad, Sketchup, MS Office, MS Project, Adobe PhotoShop, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray etc;

Malaysian Citizens only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
