QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Minimum Diploma in engineering background.
• Have a computer skills and working experience of Microsoft Office.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 1-4 year's experience in Slickline .

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• The PCE Slickline Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining pressure control equipment (PCE) used in slickline operations. This role involves operating slickline units, performing maintenance and repairs on pressure control systems, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting field operations to ensure efficient and safe well intervention.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Operate and manage pressure control equipment during slickline operations, including blowout preventers (BOPs), chokes, and other pressure control systems.
• Ensure proper setup, calibration, and operation of pressure control equipment in accordance with industry standards and operational procedures.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on pressure control equipment to ensure reliability and performance.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to pressure control systems, including hydraulic components, valves, and sealing mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety checks and inspections of pressure control equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors and take corrective actions as needed.
• Travel to well sites and support slickline operations, including the setup, operation, and teardown of pressure control equipment.
• Collaborate with field personnel, engineers, and other technicians to ensure smooth and efficient slickline operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting in the field to address any issues with pressure control systems.
• Maintain detailed records of pressure control equipment performance, maintenance activities, and operational data.
• Prepare and submit reports on equipment status, incidents, and job completions as required.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices related to pressure control equipment and slickline operations.
