Jawatan Kosong A1 Chargeman UNT3 in Temerloh

Job Purpose
Responsible for ensuring all mechanical & electrical (M&E) installations are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with statutory requirements across assigned locations.

Coverage Areas

• Pahang

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance for M&E systems (LV, generator, UPS, HVAC, fire protection, water supply).
• Respond to breakdowns and provide 24-hour emergency support on rotation basis.
• Ensure compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga and all regulatory certifications/licenses.
• Assist in vendor and contractor management to ensure service quality.
• Maintain proper records, reports, and operational performance data.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid Class A1 Chargeman Certificate (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) – mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities/property management.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed developments.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel within Pahang.

Salary: RM2,800 per month + allowances

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
