Role Description: Managing all costs related to construction projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.
Education Requirement: Diploma/Bachelors
Citizenship: Singapore/ Factory
Language Requirement: English and one mother tongue
Based in: Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Management & Estimation: Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, cost estimations, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for HVAC/piping projects.
• Contract Negotiation & Procurement: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and technical specifications.
• Contract Administration: Review tender documents, manage client contracts, and handle variations or claims throughout the project lifecycle.
• Progress Monitoring: Calculate, prepare, and submit monthly progress claims and reports.
• Technical Coordination: Interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and specifications to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in project delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in mechanical and engineering (M&E) or HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and vendor management
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and preparing detailed cost estimates.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and with clients.
