We are seeking a fluent Mandarin and English speaker to deliver top-tier customer support in a fully remote capacity.

The Role:
You will be the frontline of our customer engagement, responsible for resolving inquiries and enhancing the client experience through digital channels (live chat and email). Your role will involve multitasking across various systems to provide timely and accurate solutions.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A bilingual communicator with exceptional skills in Mandarin and English (language test required).
• An individual with 1+ years of customer service or call center experience. Gaming industry background is a significant advantage.
• A tech-savvy professional proficient with multiple software platforms and Microsoft Office.
• A self-sufficient candidate with a personal laptop and stable internet.
• A flexible team member available for rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time, 100% remote role.
• Monthly salary: RM 3,000.
