Responsibilities:

• Providing good and quality customer service experience to customer.
• To welcome and provide warm and friendly dining experience to all customers.
• Provide menu and any promotional item menu before taking order.
• Take note of the order issued by the customer carefully.
• Repeat order for customer verification.
• Key in order into the menu ordering system.
• To ensure to meet the timeline for meal ordering delivery.
• To prepare drinks according to recipe.
• To ensure the cleanliness of the dining area.
• To process food orders accurately and always be proactive to customers' needs.
• To coordinate drinks from pantry and dishes from kitchen, ensuring they are delivered to customers efficiently and accurately.
• Any ad hoc tasks given by Restaurant Manager or Area Manager.

i. Cuma untuk warga negara Malaysia dan berumur 18 ke atas sahaja.

ii.Keutamaan akan diberi kepada mereka yang sanggup kerja night shift + pada hujung minggu dan boleh kerja untuk tempoh panjang sahaja (sekurang-kurangnya 6 bulan)

iii. boleh kerja 6 hari seminggu

iv. keutamaan juga akan diberi kepada mereka yg ada pengalaman dalam bidang F&B.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
