Jawatan Kosong SENIOR ADMIN ASSISTANT BUKIT RAJA KLANG in Bukit Raja

To Maintan the warehouse operation with inbound and outbound process. Make sure of stock accuracy in all time and achieve customer KPI. (Cycar, X1R, VMI Customer)

Job Responsibilities

• Download daily GI report and compile to KPI tracker.
• Modify daily GI report format and distribute to vendors respectively.
• Receive POD's from vendors and verify received POD's against vendor submission copy.
• Update the POD received in KPI Tracker.
• Update the POD received in nTMS.
• Share daily KPI report to client.
• Receive collection request from client, update in tracker and distribute the CA to respective vendors.
• Follow-up for pending POD's and CA's.
• Follow-up with warehouse for GRA for return items.
• Create month end billing tracker.
• Courier POD copy to client.
• To ensure POD is clean or else to follow-up with vendor on enquiries regarding any discrepancy.
• To notify and follow-up with client for invoices regarding any Credit Note.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in MS Word Excel is essential.
• Hardworking, committed and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Strong customer service mindset with good communication and problem solving skill.
• Preferably able to join immediately or short notice.
• Preferably diploma in related field. Degree would be added advantage.
• Preferably 3 years working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to read and write in English & Malay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
