Jawatan Kosong Marketing Executive in Kuantan

International School of Kuantan is looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to join our friendly Team from October 2024. The Marketing Executive is responsible for a wide range of marketing functions such as communications, digital marketing, advertising, branding and social media of the School. You will be needed to set specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for the School. You will be working together with the School to develop and implement marketing strategies that will increase students’ enrollment in the School.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Art, or related.
• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing/communications or a similar role
• Strong operational and project management skills.
• Experienced in assisting the development of strategies, planning, and managing for implementation of marketing strategies.
• Have a proven track record in delivering below-the-line, above-the-line, and digital marketing campaigns that are highly effective.
• Ability to execute marketing initiatives in a timely manner with a hands-on collaborative style of working.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office and Google apps.
• Design experience and having a design portfolio is an added advantage.

Suitable candidates will:

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion, growth, and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
• Plan and manage the School's promotion, publicity, and advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate the content and design of marketing, promotional, and presentation materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content).
• Conduct social media marketing activities - including planning, writing, designing, and analyzing social media posts/ads (including Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Linked In etc).
• Plan events (such as open houses, fairs, and exhibitions, to promote the school and attract new students) and set up and manage booths to promote products and services.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for marketing and growth.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors/agencies to promote the success of activities and enhance the School’s presence.
• Establish a strong and reliable connection with the community.
• Source and secure key partnership with distributing and marketing agents. Work with these agents to promote the school’s offerings.
