Jawatan Kosong Site Supervisor in Bentong

Responsibilities:

• Check for any items left behind by the guest.
• Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and site cleanliness.
• Assist the cleaning/housekeeping team with tasks such as cleaning the property area, toilet, and rooms.
• Re-check the unit's condition after the cleaning is completed.
• Inspect the linen to ensure cleanliness (no stains, etc.) after the unit is ready.
• After resting, ensure staff continue with any remaining tasks.
• Organize and arrange linen, clean the vacuum cleaner.
• Check the stock of soap, cleaning supplies, and other related items.
• Assist in guest-related issues or complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of property, facilities, and public areas to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• With at least 3 years of operational/management experience, having supervisory experience in hospitality, homestay, or hotel will be an advantage.
• Basic in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Knowledge in Excel, Words and other computer skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
