Job Title: Accounts Assistant ( 2 vacancies)

Salary range: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00

About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our accounting functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to develop their skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Transactions: Accurately process and manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expenses, ensuring all records are kept up-to-date.
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Assist in the preparation of timely monthly financial reports and statements. Perform bank reconciliations and support period-end closing activities.
• Compliance & Audit: Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and ensuring all practices comply with financial regulations and standards.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Proactively undertake various projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team, demonstrating flexibility and a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with relevant work experience in the retail industry are also encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting Software is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, managing your own time effectively.
