Saverbro is looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to fill the position of Tech Bro Cum Sales Executive.

Job Description:

• Work Days: 6 days per week

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour break)

• Salary Range: RM 1,800 – RM 3,500 (depending on experience and sales performance)
• Location: Saverbro Sandakan Branch, Sabah

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop computer issues for customers.
• Provide repair services including formatting, software installations, and hardware replacement (e.g., hard drives, RAM, batteries, keyboards).
• Assist customers with technical queries and recommend suitable products or services.
• Ensure all repairs are completed with a high standard of quality and professionalism.
• Stay updated on the latest tech trends, products, and repair techniques.

• Sales Executive:
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate laptop and gadget solutions.
• Engage with walk-in customers and provide expert advice on product features and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of Saverbro’s product inventory and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell products.
• Track and meet individual sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of Saverbro.
• Assist in managing the showroom display, ensuring products are presented in an attractive and organized manner.
• Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and promotions, providing input based on customer feedback and preferences.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Certificate in Computer Repair/IT, STPM, or equivalent.
• Sales Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or retail, particularly in tech or electronics, is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with computer repairs, troubleshooting, and hardware replacements.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software (Windows and MacOS).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech-savvy customers.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for meeting sales targets.
• Immediate availability to start.
