Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Perlis

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to join our construction team at a project site in Perlis. The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily site activities, ensure that work is carried out safely and according to instructions, and assist in maintaining smooth site operations. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in construction supervision and a strong understanding of site practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work is done according to instructions, plans, and safety standards.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site operations to ensure smooth progress.
• Check quality of work and materials used on site.
• Record daily site activities, manpower, and material usage.
• Ensure all site safety rules are followed by workers and visitors.
• Assist in solving on-site issues and report problems to the Project Manager or Engineer.
• Coordinate delivery and storage of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the construction site.
• Communicate clearly with workers, contractors, and supervisors.

Requirements:Education:

• Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of working experience in construction site supervision or a related field.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
• Ability to read simple construction drawings is an advantage.
• Good leadership and teamwork skills.
• Able to keep records and prepare basic reports.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Language:

• Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic English is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Willing to work on-site in Perlis.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
