Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support company sales through both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies (digital and traditional) in line with company objectives
• Manage and update social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Prepare marketing content including posters, videos, captions, email marketing, and promotional materials
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, or external vendors for marketing campaigns
• Manage paid marketing campaigns (ads) and monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends and competitors
• Prepare weekly or monthly marketing reports for management review
• Support internal marketing activities such as events, roadshows, exhibitions, and product launches
• Manage marketing materials including brochures, banners, and company merchandise
• Follow up sales & after sales activities
• Explore new potential customer

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Mandarin proficiency is mandatory to liaise with customers based in China
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Added Advantage

• Experience in managing Website, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads
• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience in content creation or video editing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
