Jawatan Kosong Finance Manager in Petaling Jaya

We are a multinational company specializing in health supplements. As we continue to grow in the local market, we are looking for Finance Manager.

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards. This role involves managing budgets, financial planning, and reporting while ensuring effective financial controls and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models aligned with the organization's goals.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes.

Accounting and Reporting:

• Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of financial statements in compliance with the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with LHDN tax filings (e.g., corporate tax, SST) and other statutory requirements.

Cash Flow and Asset Management:

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Manage and optimize investments, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations, including Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines and tax laws.
• Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent financial discrepancies.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Set clear performance objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Strategic Contributions:

• Partner with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies.
• Provide financial insights to support business growth, cost efficiency, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
• ACCA or MIA member is an advantage

Experience:

• Proven 5-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in Malaysia.
• In-depth understanding of MFRS, SST regulations, and corporate tax requirements.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems commonly used in Malaysia (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL Accounting Software).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
