Jawatan Kosong Building Executive in Bangi

1. Preferable with Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate Management , Property Management, Building Surveying Or any Engineering Degree (Civil or Electrical or Facility Management or Technology) and Fresh Graduate even without any experience can be considered with minimum 1 year experience in Building Management Office but must have the knowledge in Property Management

4. Working Hours from Monday to Saturday (half day)

5. Able to handle operations and a team of Building Technicians

6. Able to manage all service providers in the building

7. Able to work along with the JMB/MC and/or Developer

8. Advantage if familiar with accounting system i.e. CSS, UBS or Advelsoft

9. Work along with all relevant authorities (COB, KPKT, TNB, Syabas, Majlis) in relation to Building Management

10. Willing to work under pressure

11. Willing to work late hours if required

12. Good Team work and communication skill

13. Able to organise and attend monthly meetings and prepare minutes of meetings

14. Able to do Property Management Reports

15. Salary is subject to qualification and experience in Building Management Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
