Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide production staff to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with discipline, attendance, SOPs, and 5S housekeeping at all times; take immediate corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Provide on-the-job training, skill assessments, and operator certification based on performance and capability.
• Support the Production Section Head in executing daily production plans to meet shipment schedules.
• Actively participate in NPI/FA stages and coordinate with Engineering teams to ensure smooth transition into mass production.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Address quality issues promptly (MRR, NCR, 8D), execute containment actions, and assist in operator quality improvements.
• Plan manpower, shifts, and overtime to ensure output targets are achieved.
• Conduct regular training, re-training, and certification for all operators covering process knowledge and equipment operation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
