Jawatan Kosong Farm Supervisor in Kubang Pasu

• Oversee all day-to-day farming operations including planting, irrigation, soil treatment, fertilization, harvesting, storage, transportation, and sales. Ensure optimal crop health, quality, and yields.
• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the agriculture business, setting goals for production, sustainability, technology implementation, and financial performance.
• Establishing effective and sustainable farming practices, planning and executing farming operations, and staying current on the latest agriculture technologies and methodologies.
• Set and manage budgets, control costs, and ensure agriculture operations meet profitability goals.
• keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases.
• responding to emergencies and solving problems effectively.
• organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
• advertising and marketing farm products

• Mengawasi semua operasi pertanian harian termasuk penanaman, pengairan, rawatan tanah, pembajaan, penuaian, penyimpanan, pengangkutan dan penjualan. Memastikan kesihatan, kualiti dan hasil tanaman optimum.
• Membangunkan dan melaksanakan visi strategik untuk perniagaan pertanian, menetapkan matlamat untuk pengeluaran, kemampanan, pelaksanaan teknologi dan prestasi kewangan.
• Mewujudkan amalan perladangan yang berkesan dan mampan, merancang dan melaksanakan operasi perladangan, dan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan metodologi pertanian terkini.
• Menetapkan dan mengurus belanjawan, mengawal kos dan memastikan operasi pertanian memenuhi matlamat keuntungan.
