Job designation/title: Retail Sales Assistant, Non-Executive.

Working hours: 45 hours per week.

Working days: 4-6 (Flexible and negotiable).

Working time: Morning shift; 9.15 am - 6.30 pm & Noon shift; 1.15 pm – 10.15 pm.

Contract or permanent: Permanent.

Starting date: March 2026.

Reporting to: Dan Brannigan/James Bradley.

Salary range: Basic salary of RM 2000 – RM 2500.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and provide customers with our services and assistance.
• Address customer service issues such as concerns, queries, or complaints confidently.
• Process sales and purchase transactions on the POS (Point of Sale).
• Examine, evaluate, and test all stock bought in as per purchase SOPs.
• Ensure the store and its inventory are always neat, clean, and organized.
• Ensure that all products are properly displayed and priced.
• Take stock and reorganize merchandise as needed.
• Provide product knowledge to customers.
• Adhere to and follow all store policies, systems, and procedures.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Able to work shifts on weekends and public holidays
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Experience and passion in consumer and gaming electronics is an added advantage.
• Team player and eager to develop and grow in the retail industry.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
