Jawatan Kosong Supervisor, Maintenance in Hang Tuah Jaya

Job Description

• Supervise and manage maintenance technicians in daily operations
• Ensure work or tasks are completed on time, based on priority by maintaining the quality of work
• Supervise major critical work during scheduled and unscheduled downtime activities
• Lead and develop trouble-shooting and technical skills abilities for maintenance technicians
• Lead technical root cause investigations or machine breakdown analysis, provide Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) and follow up until implementation
• Maintain and sustain good 5S for all maintenance related task and area in-charge
• Comply and support company policies, rules and regulations at all times
• Perform any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Certificate from a technical college or 3 years’ experience in maintenance / repair in mechanical / electrical equipment.
• Able to speak and write in Malay and English.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge on computer usage.
• Must willing to work shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
