Jawatan Kosong Medical Officer in Banting

Job Location : Poliklinik An-Nur @ Banting

Job Description :

• Patient Care: Diagnose illnesses and injuries, conduct physical exams, provide follow-up care, and offer preventative health advice.
• Medical Procedures: Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and respond to emergency medical situations.
• Record Keeping: Create, maintain, and organize patient health records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, physicians, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administrative Duties: Manage clinical operations, oversee medical staff, and ensure adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.
• Leadership and Management: In senior roles, manage medical teams, develop strategic healthcare initiatives, contribute to policy-making, and manage budgets.
• Research and Learning: Residents participate in research projects and attend seminars and conferences to expand their knowledge and skills.
• Supervision: Senior residents may also be responsible for supervising junior residents and medical students.
• Emergency Care: Residents may be involved in emergency care and may be called upon to attend to patients in emergencies.

Job Requirement:

1. Register with the Malaysian Medical Council.

2. Hold a valid APC from the MMC, which allows you to practice medicine.

Skills Requirement:

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to speak English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, are essential in a Malaysian healthcare setting.
