Job Description Summary
We are seeking a motivated and talented Management Associate, preferably a fresh graduate from an Engineering background, to join our dynamic team. This role is designed to provide you with valuable hands-on experience and development opportunities within our organization, preparing you for future leadership positions.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Function may vary depending on the requirement of the business unit head. Usual functions are as follows:
1. Assist on a number of transverse topics and initiatives that are of common interest to the departments within the group/cluster/hub.entity
2. May also be in charge of some ad hoc studies and will also monitor the progress achieved by the different transformation programs that are underway in the supported Organization.
3. Liaise with different teams/departments/entities to standardize and harmonize process and operating model
4. Support specific GYM projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team atmosphere.
