Jawatan Kosong DIMSUM KITCHEN ASSISTANT KUANTAN in Kuantan

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in the preparation of dim sum ingredients, including washing, cutting, and marinating.
• Prepare dough, fillings, and other components as directed by the Head Dim Sum Chef.
• Assist in cooking and steaming various types of dim sum, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Follow precise recipes and instructions to maintain the standard of dishes.
• Plate and present dim sum items attractively according to the restaurant's standards.
• Ensure all dishes are served at the correct temperature.
• Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products, reporting any issues to the Head Dim Sum Chef.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Assist in the inventory management of dim sum ingredients and supplies.
• Help with cleaning and sanitizing workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Work closely with the Head Dim Sum Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

WORKING LOCATION

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Early shift
• Rotational shift

• Overtime pay

Experience:

• kitchen assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
