Jawatan Kosong Executive Assistant Marketing in Alor Setar

• At least 2 years working experience in admin/procurement/marketing and e-commerce
• To execute the complete procurement process such as negotiation, technical and price comparison, issuance of Purchase Orders, follow up on delivery and good return items as well as invoice
• To liaise with warehouse staffs on inventory procurement, inventory forecast and order fullfilment timeframe
• To plan, execute, and monitor e-comm monthly promotion campaign to drive sales
• Use social media, digital content, search engines, and email campaigns to drive traffic, increase subscribers and converting them to purchase online
• Actively take part in scheduled internal weekly meetings & brainstorming, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information
• Perform any ad-hoc task from superior and management from time to time

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in admin/procurement/marketing and e-commerce
• Possessed a Diploma/Bachelors Degree form an accredited university
• Required skills: negotiation skills, communications skills, time management, judgment and decision making skills.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Alor Setar, Kedah
