• Bertanggungjawab dalam membantu admin dalam urusan berkaitan processing dan klaim seperti follow up, penyediaan dokumen dan lain-lain yang berkaitan.
• Berurusan dengan pihak berkepentingan seperti mana-mana Penilai BANK/LPPSA/JPPH dalam urusan pinjaman / Klaim
• Menjaga kerahsiaan syarikat dan tidak boleh mendedahkan kepada pihak luar
• Membantu admin dalam penyediaan surat serah rumah dan kunci
• Berurusan dengan pihak di tapak untuk proses menghantar klaim
• Bertanggungjawab dalam membantu admin menguruskan hal pentadbiran syarikat supaya berjalan lancar seperti menjaga kebersihan persekitaran, penyediaan makanan/minuman kepada tetamu dan lain-lain yang berkaitan
• Bertanggungjawab dalam pengurusan penyimpanan data – data syarikat
• Bertanggungjawab dalam semua urusan aktivit/event syarikat.
