Your mission will be to establish Yuven as a thought leader in education, engaging with diverse audiences and driving the growth of his personal brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personal Branding Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on amplifying Yuven’s personal brand across TikTok and Facebook.
• Craft a consistent narrative that aligns with Yuven’s vision and values, ensuring his messaging resonates across platforms.

2. Content Creation and Management

• Lead the production of engaging and authentic content, including short-form videos, stories, reels, and live sessions, that highlight Yuven’s expertise, insights, and personality.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring regular, high-quality content tailored to the dynamics of each platform.

3. Audience Engagement and Growth

• Cultivate and engage with Yuven’s online community, fostering meaningful interactions and building a loyal following across platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain active and personal engagement with the audience.

4. Trend Integration and Innovation

• Stay updated on the latest trends, challenges, and viral content on TikTok, and Facebook.
• Creatively integrate these trends into Yuven’s content strategy to increase visibility, relevance, and audience engagement.

5. Performance Analysis and Optimization

• Monitor key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, video views, and audience sentiment.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize social media strategies, maximizing Yuven’s impact online.

6. Collaboration and Partnerships

• Identify and pursue opportunities for Yuven to collaborate with influencers, thought leaders, and brands that align with his mission, enhancing his reach and credibility.

7. Team Building and Coordination

• Coordinate with freelancers, content creators, or agencies as needed to scale content production and ensure the successful execution of social media strategies.
