Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability. This role manages processes, people, and resources to achieve organizational goals while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. For this role, you will work alongside the General Manager to manage day-to-day operations of manufacturing of food beverage.

Key Responsibility:

• Ensuring smooth running of day-to-day operational matters for department of Finance, Marketing & Sales, Business Development, Operation, Food Safety and Administration.
• Ensuring proper management systems and practices.
• Ensure the business plan are executed accordingly in a timely manner.
• Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions.
• Provide guidance and motivation to staff in carrying out their roles and responsibilities.
• Work with the board of directors to determine values & mission and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Identify and cope problems and opportunities for the company.
• Regular reporting of the operation KPI’s through meetings and reports.
• To be ready to support after normal working hours for any emergency case or when needed.
• Take on any ad-hoc task assigned by Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the manufacturing.
• Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering a high-quality guest experience.
• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of F&B Operations: Familiarity with food and beverage service standards.
