Jawatan Kosong PRODUCTION PLANNER METAL STAMPING MANUFACTRUING in Melaka

1 Monitoring overall production process, machine, raw material and tooling(part, process, target)

2 Enhance & review MO received Vs production status.

a. Leadtime of production and MO

b. Material request, label and packaging needs

c. Verify daily production schedule data

3 Verify on daily output, rejection and downtime Vs daily production plan

4 Daily update WIP status , quality ,machine and tooling condition.

5 Updating master plan (excel and production plan board) by daily and weekly.

6 MO updating in system, open, close and outstanding MO – Ostrio

7 Stock check listing

8 Schedule waste and chemical control stock and monitoring

9 Work with team and concern PIC for the quality, ECR, CAPAR, QAIR and improvement activities.

10 Daily communicate with Customer service team for the daily update delivery and material status.

11 Do planning with PE for the ECR testing, new/ modification testing and special arrangement

12 Maintaining of 5’S ,safety activities and ISO procedures.

13 Updating stock status upon request by concern department due to ECR, cut-off, quality and improvement lot.

14 Do OT planning for production arrangement and verified OT result.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
