Job Description

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage on-site teams, including contractors, technicians and labourer's, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
• Identify and attend all defects and seek solutions for rectifications.
• Provide regular progress reports to management, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety among all team members.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.
• Carry out any other work assignments as required by the company.

Requirements:

• Diploma. Construction-related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related working experience, or fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good written and communication skill
• Able to work in a team
• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
