JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. To assist Restaurant Manager to integrate and coordinate the work process of the entire operation team.

2. To execute planning, organizing, leaning and controlling process in order to deliver quality products, friendly service, cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere to customers.

3. Daily routine as Kitchen Leader to ensure smooth running of kitchen and SOP compliance with new dishes creation ability

JOB REQUIREMENT :

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent.

2. Able to communicate, read and write simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.

3. At least 2 years working experience in the food / hotel industry.

4. Good in executing 4 basic functions – Planning, Organizing, Leading & Controlling.

5. Ability to perform any of the People Handling Skill – Training, Coaching, Support and Motivating.

6. Able to work on shift and long hours when required.

7. Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

BENEFITS :

• Basic salary range from RM2,300 - RM3,000 based on experience.
• Meal Allowance RM300 per month
• Medical outpatient include dental RM800 per year
• Group insurance

WORKING HOUR :

45 hours on six-day work week basis. The working hours, schedules and rest days for the outlet employees will be arranged and determined by the Outlet Head on a roster basis in accordance with the Company’s operational policies.

Oldtown Heritage Ipoh (No.2 Jalan Panglima, 30000 Ipoh, Perak)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
