- Must experiences in 1-2 years in quality management field
- Have a Food Science/Food Technologist or relevant qualification
1. Assisting in external halal audit from JAIN or JAKIM during sudden audit (meanwhile waiting for Halal team from HQ to arrive)
2. Assist in halal training awareness or other relevant training only when instructed by supervisor and acknowledge every slide training conducted in Tiara.
3. Ensure factory packaging halal logo is accordance to halal approval number and its validity.
4. Ensure halal manual is updated when there is changes and inform supervisor for every changes of the manual and communicate on the updated manual to relevant department in approval of supervisor.
5. Ensure all HARDCOPY halal application is prepared before online submission done by Halal team from HQ. Online submission will be done by Halal team HQ.
6. Ensuring second-hand equipment & machinery complies with halal standards and verifies the origin of the machine.
7. Responsible to prepare all cleaning necessity tools if conducted sertu.
8. To prepare QC working schedule and assist QA Executive to monitor QC activities in production line.
9. Responsible for inspection of incoming materials, packaging and chemical and delivery of finished goods to ensure incoming and finished goods are in good conditions and meets the requirements.
10. Responsible in monitoring of work-in-process goods / secondary process, finished goods and to ensure the products meets the customer requirements.
11. Responsible for related CCP recording and monitoring and prepare daily quality inspection report.
12. Troubleshoot and to solve the problem in accordance with company quality standard.
13. To assist QA Executive in implementations of FSSC, HACCP and GMP standard in facility.
14. To assist QA Executive in implementation of pest control management system in factory.
15. To assist QA Executive in conducting validation, verification and research and development of new product or study when required.
16. To assist QA Executive in audit preparations in terms of facility and documents.
17. To conduct calibration on measuring equipment as per schedule as well as proper maintenance of the records.
18. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time
19. Any ad hoc assignments as assigned by the management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
