Job Description
Accountable to ensure efficiency, safety standard and regulation compliance in the boiler house operation, steam distribution and water treatment operation.
1. Responsible for Boiler operation, Water treatment operations. i.e. Chemical handling and dosing and temperature.
2. Identify all the abnormalities within the boiler plant and report to the superior immediately for rectification.
4. Operate boiler accordingly to ensure high efficiency is obtained and conforms to the safety standards and regulations of machinery department ( DOSH ).
5. Record all the gas, water soft, water consumption and steam (generated from the boiler) that been supplied to the plant.
6. Carry out frequent services, maintenance and inspection to all the machinery on the boiler house.: Plant maintenance PM, repair and routine job.
Requirements
1. Posses at least SKM Level 1 and 2-3 years experience Boilerman
2. Possess Grade 2 Steam Boiler Driver (Boilerman) Certificate, certified by JKKP.
3. Must be able to work in rotations shifts, weekend , overtime and on public holiday
4. Able to handle stoppage job for boilers as to fulfil JKKP yearly inspection requirements.
5. Trained on boiler safety operation & efficient boiler operation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
