Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, establishing project timelines and milestones, ensuring projects progress according to schedule.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, propose solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, facilitate task execution, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among teams.
• Manage and update project documentation to maintain accuracy and completeness of project information.
• Participate in project meetings, take minutes, and track the implementation of meeting resolutions.

Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

• Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, with a preference for PMP certification.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project, and strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to establish good relationships with team members and stakeholders at various levels.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to changes in project scenarios.
