Eng Thai Transport (M) Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies April 2026

• Maintain and update all driver records, licenses, and certifications.
• Ensure all driver documents comply with legal and company requirements.
• Collect and verify timesheets, trip records, and related payroll data.
• Process driver payroll, including wages, OT, allowances, and deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports and handle any payroll discrepancies.
• Monitor driver compliance with hours of service, licensing, and safety regulations.
• Prepare necessary compliance reports for authorities.
• Coordinate and track driver training and ensure mandatory certifications are completed.
• Assist in accident/incident investigations and maintain related records.
• Act as the main liaison for drivers regarding schedules, admin matters, and concerns.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs with drivers.
• Prepare reports on driver performance and compliance.
• Maintain organized records of all driver activities and communications.
• Support operational improvements and perform other tasks assigned by management.
