Job Description

• 
  Leading New Product Development lot/Work-Order execution at SMT.
• Ensuring all execution activities follow SOP, WI, and VAR to meet yield and throughput expectations.
• Collecting and summarizing engineering data (Yield, Process Capability, Metrology Data, Error logs), observing any learnings, and communicating them to respective Engineers for improvement purposes.
• Preparing and setting up required collateral, jigs/fixtures to ensure build readiness.

• Assisting Engineers in following up with Operation and Quality teams on Work Order closure. •

Assisting Engineers with new material/component first articles inspection and final buyoff.

Qualifications

• 
  Diploma in Engineering – Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics.
• Minimum of 2 years of process engineering experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of SMT Equipment and Processes such as Profile Board, AOI, Component Placement Programming, etc.
• Good attitude and attendance.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and improving production problems.
• Willing and flexible to work long hours when required.
