The VOIP Engineer will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) systems and networks. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of VOIP systems and networks.
• Configure VOIP hardware and software components, including phones, gateways, routers, and switches.
• Monitor VOIP network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide technical support to end-users for VOIP-related problems and inquiries.
• Assist in the integration of VOIP systems with other communication technologies.

Operational Management

• Configure PBX server with Asterisk, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance of VOIP systems.
