R&A Fire Engineering Sdn Bhd Jobs April 2026

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities and supervise site personnel.
• Ensure all site operations are carried out in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient execution of site works.
• Track project progress and promptly report any delays, issues, or non-conformities to the Main Contractor.
• Perform regular site inspections and enforce the implementation of safety measures and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including daily progress reports and workforce attendance.
• Support the timely resolution of on-site technical issues, operational challenges, or conflicts.
• Promote effective communication and coordination between site teams and project management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in site supervision or construction-related roles.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Proven leadership abilities with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic construction site environment.
• Willingness to travel or be stationed at project sites as required.
• Competent in reading and using dumpy level instruments.

Preferred / Advantageous

• Valid CIDB Green Card.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
