Your Responsibilities:

- Act as a language bridge by interpreting conversations over the phone or via video.

- Record interactions accurately in our company system.

- Contribute to team meetings to discuss and improve team performance.

- Take part in one-on-one coaching sessions with your manager to focus on personal performance enhancements.

Your Qualifications:

- Enthusiastic about assisting others and making a difference!

- Proficient in both written and spoken English.

- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin or Cantonese.

- Open to learning and applying feedback to continuously improve.

- Flexible with working hours, including shifts that may involve weekends and/or nights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,900.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
