What You Can Expect To Work On

• Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls, and support audits and compliance reviews.
• Expense Management: Monitor and control expenditures, ensuring that spending aligns with the company's budget and financial goals.
• Cash Flow: Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support financial aspects of projects and initiatives, and provide financial guidance as needed.

Requirements

• Experience: 0-1 year of experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA/CPA is a plus.
• Skills: Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with financial software and toolsExperience in Blockchain and Web3 is an advantage.
