Requirements

• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Minimum Diploma in Marketing/ Mass Comm/ Business Admin OR equivalent with Automotive related experience.
• Candidates with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in CRM, customer service marketing is an added advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good understanding of customer segmentation and demographics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and throughput target through aggressive selling.
• Achieve enhanced customer satisfaction through careful listening of customer’s request, obtaining approval for additional jobs and provide detail explanation of job done and charges incurred.
• Responsible for the effective participation on special service campaigns, fix IT- right program, follow-up, parts back orders and regular update on major jobs.
• Ensure prompt submission of well documented technical reports and warranty claims and branch goodwill within approved guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are ready within promised time and exceed the customers expectations in service delivery quality.
• Assist and contribute in the achievement of the overall branch CSI targeted scores.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
