Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities of the office premises.
• Monitor cleaner's work to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
• Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of company assets (such as company car, lift, cabinets and etc).
• Develop and implement asset tracking systems to monitor usage, repairs, and replacements.
• Manage and replenish office supplies, ensuring availability for all employees.
• Help to setup office equipment or support HR & Admin Team in designated office premises.
• Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to supervise and monitor workers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
