Job Scope

• Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area’s branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
• Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
• Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
• Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
• Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to increase market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.
• Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition

Requirements:

• Preferably Operation Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/ General in Fashion Industry / Footwear / Chain Store Retailer and Franchising

Job Details

• Salary: Up to RM6,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
• Travelling allowance: up to RM1,200 (depending on locations)
• Incentive: entitled based on campaign
• Bonus: subject to performance
