Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Planning: Ensure that each project has a clear scoping, execution plan and the necessary planning approval.
Project Management: Ensure that design stage of each project is executed in a timely manner in accordance to the agreed execution plan, and all scope of works identified through rigourous key stakeholders user requirements exercise and value management/engineering conducted to ensure project is within the approved budget, and all interfacing with Tenant is addressed to achieve the overall project deliverables.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• C&S background with working experience in construction/development design & project management, including managing project delivery vendors e.g., Consultants, Contractors. Preferably a certified professional engineer or Project Management/ certified PMP. Well verse in ACAD and Microsoft Project.
• Well versed in related engineering design functions e.g C&S, M&E, geotechnical, survey works, JKR Arahan Teknik, guidelines on UrbanStorm Water Management (MSMA), guidelines on Uniform Building By Law
• (UBBL), Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) and Road Safety Audit (RSA).
• Well experienced in construction design project management, including managing project delivery vendors e.g. Consultants, Surveyors, Soil Investigation Contrators.
• Well versed in real property infrastructure planning and development aspects, well versed with authorities planning and approval processes and requirements and familiarity and good networking with relevant local authorities.
