Deskripsi Jawatan:
Kami sedang mencari pelajar latihan industri untuk jawatan Admin Media Sosial bagi membantu pengurusan harian media sosial syarikat.

Tanggungjawab:

• Membalas mesej pelanggan melalui Chat Seller, WhatApps, DM, PM dan komen di content.
• Membantu membalas komen semasa sesi live.
• Menyediakan laporan ringkas (like, view, komen).
• Membuat Follow Up Pelanggan.
• Membantu Pelanggan membuat pertukaran saiz.

Kriteria:

• Fast response & pandai berkomunikasi
• Biasa guna WhatsApp & media sosial
• Teliti, sabar dan bertanggungjawab

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month
