• Functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities. Typically serves in an organization where specialists are not fully deployed. Responsibilities may include a multitude of activities.
• May screen resumes and applications and may interview applicants.
• May counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary.
• Supports company’s diversity initiatives and may maintain records for EEO and affirmative action reporting requirements.
• Writes position descriptions, benefit brochures and employee handbooks.
• Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.
• May assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, performance management, personnel policies and procedures.

What You Will Do

This role functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities that support the LMM Site. They may assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, performance management, personnel policies and procedures as well as perform HR related administrative matters. They may also counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary.

• Implement HR programs and projects within assigned client groups; includes conducting research, analyzing data, and ensuring delivery to stated objectives.
• Provide insights from data, reporting, and analytics to support the management team in making org and people decisions.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry and onboarding.
• Managing daily HR operational action in line with the Organization procedures and policies.
• Administering of extensions, appointment , reassignment, separation , increment for locally recruited categories of staff member.
• Understands use of excel, powerpoint, word and outlook.
• Able to work in a face paced environment.

Who We’re Looking For

• No previous professional experience.
• Advantage to be proficient in Power BI, minimally, Vlookup, XLookup, and Pivot Tables.
• Training will be provided.
• Willing to work and learn new skills continually. Agility is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR systems would be an added advantage.
• Personable attitude, with a growth mindset is a must.
• Ability to think customer, company and individual.
• 0-1 year experience preferred.
