Jawatan Kosong Parking Attendant in Ipoh

Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and hard-working parking attendant to manage our open parking lot attendant position. You will be responsible for overseeing an open-air parking garage. You should be friendly and have outstanding customer service skills. You will work with other tenant to provide a secure and safe facility for guests and customer under the direction of the operations manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Issue tickets to individuals entering the parking facility and collecting parking fees from those leaving the facility except for dine in customer.
• Greet and assist guests by directing them to the nearest open parking spots and helping them to exit vehicles and the parking facility when needed
• Provide customer service and information upon request, including answering general questions about the parking fees and facility, giving directions and supplying direction of the area
• Observe security monitors to ensure no criminal activity occurs and report any activity to the proper authorities as needed
• Maintain a clean environment by sweeping up parking areas and picking up any refuse left in the facility
• Balance cash records at end of shift and manage parking records during shift
• Handover the cash collection to the cashier on duty at the casher counter.
• Reported any unknown, observed or suspected violation of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrences.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or equivalent and with minimum 6 months parking attendant experience
• Able to read and write.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• kill in basic math and able to count properly.
• Skill in accurate exchange of money, coins etc,etc.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous parking lot service experience
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Knowledge of general parking practices and procedures.
• You report to the office at the start and end of each shift, you will be outdoors and work in all weather conditions
• You will walk several miles a day.
• Clean up debris from parking lot.
• Honest and trustworthy

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
